The building of BANDAR PUTRA, a fully comprehensive regional New Generation
Township within the boundary of the Senai-Kulai Municipality, has undoubtedly
accelerated the urbanization process of Kulai town. A town which has
traditionally been known as the sleepy town at the northern growth corridor of
Johor Bahru.
Bandar Putra Kulai covers approximately 6,000 acres of freehold estate land.
It is one of the largest integrated and self-contained township development in the state of Johor.
This project is expected to take a period of over 30 years at an estimated cost of RM4 billion.
The projected population of this township upon completion is around 250,000 people.
Over the past 10 years Bandar Putra has developed into a new generation township that meets the
customer's needs.
Out of 6,000 acres 25 percent of the land has been developed to residential, commercial units and complete
with sports complex and clubhouse, IOI Mall with Giant Hypermarket, multipurpose public hall and
town park for residents' convenience.
It currently has about 8,000 units completed ranging from high value properties to low cost housing. |
